Wire cut cookies resemble great looking homemade baked products. We manufacture die bars, filler blocks, plug bars, as well as, finger bars/harps to produce these soft dough biscuit delights. Products such as vanilla wafers, oatmeal raisin cookies, chocolate chips, sugar cookies, ginger snaps and macaroons are common varieties. For coconut bars, ribbons are extruded, baked, cooled and cut when semi-moist.
